Karabo and Lurissa from Webafrica - great service

I have to compliment Karabo Ledwaba and her manager Lurissa Coleman on great service! Webafrica deducted pro-rata premium i correctly, I have contacted them 3 times to sort this out with no joy from 3 different people and 2 departments. Finally today I was transferred back to sales and Karabo was willing and able to assist with Lurissa's assistance. I am impressed compared to others that made empty promises or unwilling to assist for 2 weeks. Thank you ladies.
