I have been waiting to connect to an agent since 12pm on their live chat, still no assistance! I called sales to escalate, still no call back! I called again to cancel, they told me I have to do so on live chat! …. I had 3 presentations scheduled today but was unable to present using mobile data. I chose this service provider to save money, instead I’m losing money!
