***STE ISP OOIT

Literally the worst / most horrible / *********** / useless service I have EVER experienced in my life!!!!! No internet connection for 36 days now, and after trying to contact them each and every day on the absolutely ridiculous whatsapp chat line, NOT ONE thing has been done. A ticket was logged by Vumatel with child like easy instructions on how to fix the issue, but NOTHING has been done, they blame vuma, vuma blames them and no one lifts a finger. Im so irate I can scream! I tried to cancel, to move to another ISP, but they flat out refuse to release the line so the other ISP can take over until the calendar month cancellation period is done. So I cant even cancel, either way im stuck with no internet.
