*** Fibre Network

Webafrica has the worst fibre network in South Africa. I recently signed up for Webafrica/Vumatel fibre due to the inconsistency I experienced with Rain's 5G, however that worked at least. Webafrica's fibre service gives me more problems than it actually works. I've had more fibre outages than I can count. When you try and get hold of Webafrica to resolve the issue, it's either a struggle to actually speak to someone or they don't respond. This is a ridiculous problem as I work from home and I've lost a total of 5 working days due to this problem that shouldn't even exist. The Webafrica/Vumatel fibre offering is a **** and I actually never wish I opted for the product and I'm on the verge of cancelling the product and doing back to Rain with a tail between my legs.
