Just poor service from Webafrica

<p>I moved my websites over to Webafrica last year because I thought they would provide a good service. I signed up for the site maker, as product which include website building &amp; according to your site, promises monthly calls to update the site. Not only did I never receive a single such cal (I only ever received calls to try sell me new products, and when I mentioned I needed help with something, I would get the \we'll get someone to call you\" which never happened). Now I cancelled the site maker, but kept the domain hosting, &amp; they suspended by site. According to their call Centre they were supposed to move servers or whatever-something no one mentioned when I cancelled (which I must added took over 3 months to process because they kept reinstating my account without my permission). This server moving process takes apprently 24 hrs, and it was something that should have been done. And not only did no one mention it, but now I can't perform any business whilst I wait for them to do their jobs, yet again. To say I'm angry would be an understatement. All promise &amp; zero delivery is what this company is. "</p>
