23 Jul 2025, 15:47I am a current client of Webafrica and have 12 services with them. I want to upgrade one of the services and started the process at 11h36 this morning on the very inefficient Whatsapp chat. It is now 15h34 and I am no closer to get in done. They take forever to respond and I have been transferred to 9 people already and have to explain myself to them. This is such a waste of time.
