Have canceled my service using their stupid bot. But here i am getting charged for services not rendered after i canceled my services. Now i have been handed over to a lawyer. Dont get internet from WebAfrica, they will cheat you when you move or want to stop services. Why should i pay cancelation fee's, or provide a months notice for none contract based internet. or pay for services in a house i no longer live in just because their stupid system failed cancel my services.
