Just bad service and overcharing.

This is the Last Straw!!! and Webafrica's Last chance to fix their useless service and overcharging system. We have been clients for more than 6 years as a reseller and now we are finding that they are overcharging our services with no line items on our invoices so their system are just not working as it should and they are not fixing it. Also the Help desk service is slow to none. Also they suspend you even if you have paid. (where is the automated system that picks up that you have paid)?
