Im truly stunned by this company, ive recently changed addresses and they billed me over R3000 and canselled my service, all i requestedtimeously was and address change, this amount they took fortunately got refunded, after having to fight, now after they couldnt get me connected at my new address, blammed thecompany that had the infrustructure in the complex, for now getting me active, they billed me again for this month where i told them that i had moved to the new isp, they continued to bill me for that month where i had no internet with them, fortunately again,after a fight, i got refunded, last night,R1990 gets taken from mybankafter they confirmed in writting, that everything is closed and concluded, i mean ***, ive now emailed them to adivse that ill appoint an attourney that they will pay for, and this attourney must sue them, so they feel what they putting me, through, my experience, froma simple change off address has caused this company to be the most horrible bussiness to dela with, no sense of humanity and complete disregardstotheir clients,
