Jameson from webafrica is very unprofessional and is very sarcastic when speaking with clients immediately ask for someone else to assist you

I had the worst experience with web africa its been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my router which I paid for they were fast to deduct my money now they don't respond when it comes to delivery of my router. I was told it would take 3 days but its been 2 weeks and still nothing the customer service agent who was assisting me was very unprofessional and even made sarcastic remarks when I wanted answers regarding my router he's name is Jameson he should seriously be fired
