This review is just to commend JAMAINE ENGELBRECHT. As much as i was beyond frustrated, for not having connection for 5 days, Jamaine really helped me more than any other agent could. He kept following up and providing additional steps and getting more information from his colleagues and after 5 very long days without an LTE connection, he assisted in getting my line restored and active again.
