I’ve been with Web Africa for 2 months and the service has been solid. Uptime is reliable and speeds match what they promise, even during peak hours. What really stood out is the communication. Support replies fast, they explain things without jargon, and they actually follow through. No copy-paste answers. The instructions were super clear too. Setting up my fibre + router was step-by-step, with screenshots and zero guesswork. I was online in under 15 minutes. If you want an ISP that respects your time and keeps you in the loop, Web Africa gets my vote.
