Its been a journey to say the least

Im not one to complain but **** ive had the worst experience with Webafrica. Since using them as my service provider ive had non stop internet issues, its been Years now!

Ive gone through the process every month and some every day. The staff are all friendly but my problem requires more than just a chat bot or WhatsApp message from a staff member. One employee sent me a new router thinking jt could solve the problem.. Ive recently spoken to a manger after 3 plus years of doing the chat bot and WhatsApp with a employee. He called 3+ days later after being told he will give me a call. He said its a Openserve issue thus he will log it and they will come out and analyze. Never came out. Now im the one paying them almost R700 a month so my wifi can cut out every 20min. If you play games or stream Netflix goodluck. Im sure 90+% of the people using there service does not share my problem. I am disappointed and coming to the end with them because its now worse than ever. He even said Openserve are going to charge me a callout fee..what is the reason I pay R700 a month?

Getting someone to pick up the phone call you and actually sort out the problem part of service is lacking.

Hi Christian,

After dealing with recurring connectivity issues for such a long time, it's completely understandable that you're feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially when you've consistently sought assistance in the hope of finding a lasting solution. As a long-standing customer, we truly appreciate your loyalty and understand the importance of having a stable and reliable connection that you can depend on.
Having reviewed the most recent fault, we can see that it has since been resolved by Openserve. We'd like to understand whether there has been any improvement following this resolution. If the issue persists, our notes indicate that the LOS light turns red whenever the connection drops. Could you please confirm whether this is still the case? If so, how frequently does this occur throughout the day?
We'd genuinely like to work with you towards a permanent resolution and gain a better understanding of the pattern of these disconnections so that the appropriate action can be taken.
Please feel free to send us a direct message via Hello Peter, and we'll gladly continue assisting.

Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
