It' useless trying to get help from Webafrica

I app**** for a new contract on the 18th of January. My sim was Rica activated and "on it's way" since the 18th of January. I still haven't received it. When I try to get through to an agent to find out what's happening, I have to wait for ages and then they tell me that an agent will call me back. This still hasn't happened. I have another contract with you and you've never taken long to withdraw money from my account but it is always a struggle to get help.
