It sucks...

I app**** for Web Africa online and paid for installation but no one called or send email for date of installation ,the worst part of it they took money for wifi in my account which has not been installed.trying to call no answer and the agent always say will fix it now it 16days no response. Worst service l dnt even know if this company exist
