It can take a long time to get through to customer service via their WhatsApp chat, and it feels like their agents are juggling too many ***** at the same time. However, connection problems only arise about once per year, so one doesn't usually need to contact them. On the whole, I appreciate the fast and affordable fibre connection. I often go download my invoice from their portal, and I find this easy to do. Logging in to their portal usually requires an SMS OTP, which is annoying, as I would prefer to choose to set up an authenticator app. Lastly, they force you to buy their own router when you sign up, but I would prefer to bring my own router.

Morning Aidan
Thank you for such a detailed and balanced review; we really appreciate you taking the time to share both what’s working well and where we can do better.
We hear you on the WhatsApp experience. When queues are busy, it can feel like responses take longer than expected, and your feedback about agents handling multiple chats at once is valuable. It’s something we continuously refine to keep support responsive and personal.
It’s great to know your connection has been stable overall and that you’re enjoying the speed and value; that’s exactly the experience we aim to deliver. Also glad the client portal is making things like downloading invoices simple and convenient.
On the OTP and router points, those are thoughtful suggestions. Security layers like SMS OTP are there to protect your account, but we completely understand the preference for authenticator apps, and feedback like this helps shape future improvements. The same goes for router flexibility; giving customers more choice is something we’re always exploring.
Thanks again for sharing this so openly. It really helps us improve while keeping what’s already working well.

Warm regards,
