Issues with service cancellation.

It been two months traying to cancel my account. I am told that i need to pay for services that was not used. I have been sent from pillar to post. got a call from one lady that was very rude and told me that I will pay the money whether come rain or shine. They only use WhatsApp to service they are client and it not working at all. I have close 15 whatsapp for them to cancel my service but not actioned.
