I have moved into a property that has a Frogfoot infrastructure and WebAfrica is one of the ISP companies providing packages under Frogfoot. I placed my order on Tuesday and the setup fee was paid the same day. I have to contact WebAfrica to follow up on my order. Their staff is extremely *********** and not helpful. I only need a r pi utwr delivered and the line activated and now I must wait up to 14 working days. Absolutely pathetic and if I cancel and request a refund then I will wait even longer for my funds. WebAfrica you have really declined in your service offering.
