It seems the only way that you can get through to anyone on WebAfrica is via HelloPeter or one of the review portals. They are completely unreachable despite having received reference numbers. Their WhatsApp Portal takes forever to connect to an agent. Can you really be expected to stay online for 9 hours? ISP-623613 here is your fault ref. 48 hours later and still nothing done.
