Is Webafrica washed up?

Pity I have to give a star at all. PLease be warned -- DON'T, please don't even consider joining this outfit. NO support, the customer zone has lost my password, it's impossible to speak to a human being (not joking -- their Whats Ápp is run by a robot called Willie who doesn't speak human english) and if you phone, like I did earlier today, the message said I'd need to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for someone to answer -- so speak to Willie instead! In August I cancelled my fibre service from 1 October, but guess what? I've already been debited and and my choice of replacement can't connect because Webafrica won't let them. I've come to the conclusion they're running with a staff of one part-time employee, they're imploding, finished, washed up. Don't go there.
