Is WebAfrica the worst ISP ?
Dear webAfrica, I am having a nightmare of month with you guys.<br> <br> I had a trial run in Aug 2015 to test a 2mb line vs 4mb line. It was done without waiting. Then I had endless billing issues as support did things, and invoices were made.<br> <br> I was credited.<br> <br> Now in sept where I asked to be on a 4mb line from the 1st, now I hear Telkom must come out. And I get billed asap.<br> <br> WAKE UP .... You are working with people's money.
