Is Webafrica a real company or they ****ming people

I think allegedly that web Africa is ****ming people of their hard earned money. I app**** to them to provide fibre to my home and they didn’t deliver. I then cancelled and asked them to refund me my money but to date they haven’t. I have been communicating with their agents everyday through WhatsApp and all they do is ask for bank confirmation but nothing is been done. You can contact them and their sales agent are rude and will tell you different stories. There is no manager head office contact details or means to log a complain. I have seen numerous people complaining about cancelling but they keep taking their money via debit order and they don’t stop. Please look else where if you need fibre cause this company will take you for ride. You won’t get service and you won’t get your money back

Hi Thelejane,
We understand how frustrating and disappointing this experience has been for you, especially after expecting a service to be delivered and then having to repeatedly follow up regarding cancellation and a refund. When you’ve been engaging consistently and still feel there is no clear resolution, it naturally creates concern and loss of trust in the process.
Your cancellation and refund request has been logged on the system, and it is currently within the standard refund verification and processing workflow. We do acknowledge your concerns around delays and communication, and we understand how important clarity is, particularly where financial matters are involved.
At this stage, the best way forward is for the team to review your case directly against your account records using your account details and contact information already on file. This will allow them to confirm the current refund status and ensure the process is followed through correctly without further back-and-forth.
We appreciate you raising this and giving us the opportunity to follow up properly on your behalf.
Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew
