Is there a reliable internet provider in SA?

I am truly disappointed at the huge disregard I am receiving from Webafrica/Metrofibre. I have been a logging a fault on their various platforms complaining about no internet connection only to be put on hold endlessly and their bot telling its still trying to find an agent to speak to. I am a new customer who joined after been given rave reviews. My account is up to date but barely a month I am at the receiving end of the same behaviour I escaped from a service provider who traumatised me after not getting service half of the time? I expected better from @ ***!
