Is no service shocking service?

This company only allows communication via a Bot which has limited application and it's staff don't respond to emails. It is extremely difficult to speak to a person and when you do, they don't follow through. Neither Lancelot Sibanda nor Masindi Tshikota have responded to my emails of 3/12, 16/12 and 06/01. Very frustrating
