Irate client

The most appalling and disappointing service I ve ever received from a service provider. Notified them last week Friday already that I m having connectivity issues with my Wi- Fi and believe it or not to this day the issue has not been resolved. They still had the nerve to debit my account this morning but still no connectivity. Wouldn’t recommend their services even to my worst enemy.
