So I recently moved from one apartment to another and Webafrica said they need to terminate my old services and create a new one. That was done however the new services was activated but never worked “no internet”. I logged a call with webafrica and its still not resolved 11days later. Not that I want to cancel, the say I need to pay R999 for cancelation.. how cos this service has never worked ?

They are now forcing me to keep their services as I cant move to another ISP till 1 May. This is ******ion at its best and this company needs to be closed down!!!!
