Invoicing wrong and on one can fix it

Their account system is terrible and no one cares to fix it. I received 3 invoices for the same thing and every time I chat to support, I am told it will be fixed within 48 hours, but it never gets fixed. I have been **** to 3 times and now it is time for the debit order........ I guess I must brace myself for this ridiculous amount that will be coming off with my first debit order. Well done, Webafrica!! Way to go starting a relationship with a customer like this :-(
