INVESTIGATION NEEDED INTO WEBAFRICA PROCESSES!

Why is there noone to speak to, to cancel this service. I want to give 1 months notice but there is no person you can speak to. Im told to send a whatsapp message but there is no response on the whatsapp. Give me a number I can call to give the 1months notice to. I was also told there is no email address that this can be sent to. RIDICULOUS!!!!
