Internet/connection issue

We have logged a query with Webafrica for internet/connection issue on Saturday morning the 9th of March 2024, have a query reference number #201907, but till Today we have not received any assistance from Webafrica or Vumatel. Always when we have an issue we have to complain first before we can get assistance from Webafrica. ***
