Internet services cut off without notice -BRC 95

hi there, its has been very difficult to communicate with web Africa,for the past three days I've been trying to get a solution for my internet line which has been cut off even though I ve paid a day later.we have been send pillar to post with their WhatsApp chat which I found very poor in terms of customer service. no agents is available to speak too only sale agent which I believe its easier for web Africa to sale us their products but in case of issues no one is available to assist.!!!! This is very frustrating and poor service receive from web Africa.
