Internet service provider complaints

I got the worst possible customer service in my entire life from this company. They left me angry and frustrated. But I’m writing this to inform people who experience problems with them or any other internet service provider to log complaints with ISPA at *** I waited 10 days for my problem to be resolved but at least my line has been released by them and activated with the new ISP and all so-called invoices were cancelled.
