Internet Service Down With 0 Help From Web Africa

My internet is down due to cables outside my property being damaged. I contacted Web Africa to have this resolved as my contract is with WebAfrica. WebAfrica is refusing to have it resolved claiming that I need to pay for cable re-installation, even though these damaged cables occurred outside my property and are out of my control. I am yet awaiting a support representative to contact me from Webafrica as I waited 1 hour + from there watsapp service to connect me with an agent. I still have not had my issue resolved and the service from Web Africa is terrible. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
