Internet not working for months but they do not give you your refund when you cancel the service

WebAfrica and Vuma Reach are ****mers! At first, all was smooth sailing, used Vuma Reach fibre for quite a while and then in December 2024 the internet stopped working. And every time I contacted WebAfrica for any updates, it was always "the technicians are working to resolve the issue". I cancelled the service in Feb 2025 and asked for refund for the months I paid even though the service was not active, I was asked for my bank acc details but never received any refund. Still waiting and actually hopeless!
