We understand how frustrating it must be to be dealing with ongoing connectivity issues for such an extended period. Having a reliable internet connection is important, and when faults continue without a permanent resolution, it can have a significant impact on your day-to-day activities. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.Our Faults Team is actively engaging with the network provider and will continue pushing for both a speedy and permanent resolution to the issue. They are monitoring the fault closely and will provide updates as feedback is received from the network provider.
