Honestly the worst service provider, service is very terrible and *********** I have been waiting for my fibre to be reinstated and also fix my cable issue, been in contact with them for over a week and still haven’t received any feedback and my line is still not working. They don’t have a contact Center they have chats over WhatsApp what company doesn’t have a number to be reached on. I had my service cancelled due to dissatisfaction I wonder if I will be refunded
