Internet is down, no support from WebAfrica.. Terrible service

My internet is currently down and the only way to reach them is via a whatsapp service. I have been waiting for service for 2 days and all I get is a message saying 'sorry for keeping you waiting, I'm trying to connect you with a live chat agent' we need alternatives, escalation channels. Terrible service.
