Internet installation

I have heard the worst service ever. I have moved home since 1 December 2023 till today no fiber installation has been done. They keep telling me that they have escalated the matter every time I talk to them. They don't have phone lines and their agents on the WhatsApp chat take too long to respond.

1 December I spoke to Langelihle M , no joy. Then I was sent to Ntabiseng L. 6 December it was Keelan K , still didn't assist me 7 December it was Enrico B , ni help still , 11 December Jeanette M was not able to assist me it's the 18th December now I'm talking to Rory S , he is still telling me the same story about escalation, I want my refund so I can go to another service provider.
