Internet dropping

Ive been struggling with the fibre since the day it was installed and everytime I phone they keep you on hold for20+ min and then cut the line. Even if you speak to a consultant on the whatsapp chat it takes forever for a respond. If complaint this morning at about 9am and the current problem is still not sorted. They dont even call you to sort out the problem asap the worst service if ever seen.
