Internet down for the 3rd time this week after 9pm with no communication to and from webafrica.

I’m with Webafrica for less then a month and for the last week my internet was down 4 times with no clear explosion. and 3 of that times it switched odd just after 9pm. With no means of communication with webafrica after 9pm. last night again the internet went off after 9pm and I was waiting for it to come on till 01:00 this morning as I have a report to finish as the deadline is today however it never came on. So last night the internet was off for more then 4 hours with no outages planded in my area. as there automated system advised me of this. like I said earlier this is not the 1st time 3 other times I was waiting up for the internet to come back on and it never did. and when they eventually get back to you in the morning via whatsapp chat the internet is back up and running and there is nothing they can do as there is no issue with the internet.
