Internet down for 12hrs with no support

My internet connection went down at 21:05pm, 5min after Webafrica stops support. It is now 08:10 the following day and my connection is still down. For an ISP surely there must be some sort of pro-active monitoring in place!!! My service has been down for 11hrs, on the day my account is debited. This is not the first time this has happened, my service has been down for hours at a time on several occasions. There is never ever contact from customer service. Pathetic service.
