Internet down and no assistance

My internet has been down since last night at 19h00

I followed up this morning, they said there is a fibre outage. But on their network status, it doesn’t show a fibre outage in my area

I tried to follow up again at 18h00 I am still waiting for an agent to help and and I am still without internet

In the beginning of the month, my internet access was only activated on the 5th day of the month Now my internet access is not working again, so why am I paying for a service that isn’t even working and nobody is able to even help me Quite pathetic service, very disappointing
