Internet Down

My internet has been down since yesterday afternoon. I have not received any notification that there is work being done on fibre cable etc...UNACCEPTABLE and totally inconvenient. I work from home and need my connectivity. At the end of the month my account will be debited with no issues and a full subscription fee....
