Internet Down

I am without internet for 24 hours now, an agent send me list of things to do. From they list of things to do nothing is working. Some of us we clueless when it comes to IT. Worst service ever and definitely cancelling end of the month. Courtesy call to take me through the steps on how I should fix my internet problem would have been appreciated.
