Internet disconnection

I don't even wish to give a star. I am struggling to get your agents to actually listen to me a s a customer but they quick to tell me no payment received. Debit order went off yesterday and I sent the snipped that it's pending. The bank said webafrica must bank it but no one is listening to me yet they disconnected my Internet. A loyal customer for years and they feel nothing. I can't even email. They even refuse to transfer me to billing team. Your services needs to improve this is horrible.
