Internet disconnection and no assistance in resolving the problem

You should never do any business with this company. My internet was disconnected without any notice. When I went on their portal, the reason was that my account was in arrears — which I paid. The whole day, I am without any internet connection and you can’t get through anyone via call; the WhatsApp chat takes forever to respond without any response. Agents are giving conflicting information. No one seems to really have an idea of what the issue seems to be. I am beyond frustrated. Rather look for other service providers; unless if you don’t mind disappointment and inconvenience.
