Internet connection down (more than 12 hours) with no client communication or updates.

Poor service in Kenilworth (near Spar) the internet connection has been done for since yesterday afternoon we have lost time and business due to depending on Webafrica as a Service provider of choice in the areas. This is one of the worst services and experiences especially during a Pandemic where most ISP's have upgraded their infrastructure and prepared for failures in advance.
