Internet Connection

Worst network provider ever. I have upgraded my package twice and my internet speed is still below 10 and there's nothing they can do about it. Their customer service is hideous and their agents are not adequately trained. They will be losing me as a customer. I have tried multiple times, but there's always an issue worse than the last. I work from home so stable internet connection is extremely important. We've been having outages as well and nothing has improved. Paying R520 every month and not even being able to take a call on Microsoft teams is absurd!!
