Internet Connection

I am very frustrated with Web Africa’s service. I have moved places and I have been struggling to get connected. I updated the address on the website, spoke with their agents, still no luck. The last agent Nompumelelo left me hanging with no feedback till the chat was closed.

I need to be connected as I need connection for the daily tasks 😤 how long it takes to be connected as reached out on all the platforms you use for communication.
