Internet connection

I am a customer and not a happy customer been with out internet connection for 3 weeks two payments was made and im still i have not internet connection, i have send my proof of payment to more then one whatsup agent and still nothing,web africa and vuma is not communication with each other and the customer is getting penalized for there negligence.
