Internet cable Dug up - Great service

All I can say is WOW I have now seen it all, on the 29th of March we had an incident, at home we wanted to dig a hole and with that not realizing the fiber line was there we cut it with the spade, reported the call not knowing how much it will be and when we will be assisted, WOW call center so friendly called and informed me they will be with us just the next day. Not long after the call technicians from were outside my door from VUMA tell to fix the problem, In no time internet was back up,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, well-done guys exceptional service and assistance from all the staff friendly helpful, I would suggest this provider to anyone since I moved to Cape Town I have been with them and I have had no connection issues and clearly when you have a problem they deal with it ASAP thank you much appreciated
